Chose a day this weekend. Every half-hour you are awake, write one to two sentences explaining what you did that half-hour. Before you go to bed, reflect on your day. How was it spent? Looking back, what time are you most proud of? What time do you regret spending? If you could have one half hour back, what would you do differently? Reflect on these concepts based on what you have learned from Walden.
